Really not sure what some of these reviews are about! Dr. Benson was phenomenal. Efficient, thorough, great bedside manner, and explained things well. She asked multiple times if there was anything else she could do for me before I left. One of the best ED providers I have interacted with!

Reported to state medical board, reported to the hospital system and reported this encounter to my state representative, thankfully I know someone who worked on their campaign staff. Unethical, rude, condescending, walked out mid-conversation whilst bringing up an issue that’s clearly recorded in my medical chart, then proceeded to lie in my medical chart about me not being willing to be admitted. Continuous requests for my issues to be looked into further and dismissed. Your medical license should be revoked.

Dr. Benson in emergency is dismissive, rude, lacks any compassion, incompetent and jaded. She treated my infant son so horribly we had to leave the hospital all together.

Dr. Benson is incompetent and insufferable. She treated my infant son in emergency like she had somewhere better to be. Rude, dismissive, horrible bedside manner and zero compassion. Beware if you have the misfortune of coming in contact with her, especially in an emergency situation.

Dr. Benson has been so helpful. My husband's condition was properly diagnosed and treated for heart problems. She explained his situation and gave helpful treatment. We really appreciate her care and expertise.

Gave very poor bedside manner, was in the room for maybe 10 seconds with a bad attitude, and completely dismissed all of my concerns and walked out of the room. Not impressed.

I fell on the stairs called 911. Went to ER. Don't remember ever seeing Dr. Benson in person. Pain was in my knee she ordered x-ray and scan. Sent me home with a brace and sprain diagnosis. Got dragged up a flight of stairs and couldn't move my leg. Dragged back down stairs and back to ER. Another x-ray found my femur shattered.
