If I could give a 0 I would. Arrogant no bedside manner whatsoever. Doesn’t care if you get infection!

Great doctor but unless you have hours to wait in the waiting room then forget it. The wait time has never been less than an hour plus for me.

I was fortunate enough to shatter my elbow and break my humorous on a day that Dr. Kitay was on call. After seeing the x-rays, she warned me that she may just be able to clean it up to prevent further damage to the nerves that work my hand and perform the remainder of the surgery a day or two later. Instead, while I was knocked out, she spent many hours piecing me back together and figuring out how to plate and screw everything in place so that I would have a shot at having a functioning joint and arm again. When I woke up she was smiling, but I could tell that she was exhausted from the 6+ hours that she had spent drilling and installing screws and plates. It's been several months since rehab and I have very good use of my arm again. Range is functional and the turning motion is almost 100%. Dr. Kitay and staff are always prompt and pleasant at the office also. This woman is nothing short of amazing!!!! She truely cares about her patients.

Dr.Kitay is absolutely beyond amazing. I've been to quite a lot of different orthos over the years and one of them while fixing a broken elbow fixed it wrong and never apologized. So I found Dr.Kitay instead and she's just been amazing. She fixed my elbow, cares about me, is incredibly sweet and caring and really really knows what she's doing. Her office staff are all great as are her colleagues. I was one day walking through the hospital halls to get to the medical records deparent for something else and ran across her and she instantly recognized me despite all my bike gear on me (a regular bicycle, I don't ride a motorcycle) and stopped for a minute to ask how I was doing even though I had just seen her for a follow up in the office the week before. In my elbow surgery where she fixed the problem created by the awful previous ortho, she spent 3 hours (on her birthday no less!) to make sure she did a very good job and would leave the best possible result for me to regain motion. The… Occupational Therapist she sent me to also loves her and told me that we all want to keep Dr.Kitay here because she's absolutely amazing. I honestly can't say enough good things about her.
