Labeled me someone who uses illegal drugs and alcohol. I don't drink and haven't used illegal drugs in over a decade.

Today I was turned away at Dr. Post's office because I was 20 minutes late for my appointment. I was late due to a car accident and re-routing, thus no fault of my own. I have sat in this waiting room on a few occasions for greater than 20 minutes. I surmise that my time is not as important as hers. I sent Dr. Post an email via MyLVHN asking her if she is aware that her staff is turning away patients and if she approves of this practice. Her response was "sorry I didn't get to see you my office manager will call you". Before I left the office I told the receptionist who was turning me away to tell Dr, Post that both my wife and i would be finding a new primary care and she state "Okay will do". Great stuff as this validates that patient care is not the primary goal but rather their convenience and production line healthcare. LVHN has deteriorated healthcare and they are in awe of how St. Luke is progressing. Well it is for reasons like my incident today. St. Luke just got two… new patients.
