Dr. Alison M Werne, MD

Dr. Werne is one of the kindest and most understanding doctors we have ever met. She deserves more than 5 stars.

We had good experience with Stanford Children's health before. That is why we believe that any doctor in this network should be great. But it seems not the truth. Dr. Werne spoke loudly and was NOT nice to my baby. Neither was one of her assistants. If you are not happy to something or someone else, you should still treat kids nicely as a pediatrics. If not, that is very unprofessional. The question that she asked us was why we cancelled appointments that we booked. We had privacy to share or not share. And we had our own schedule and some unexpected event happened so that we had to cancel and reschedule it. No one would like to change the schedule unless it has to be. I do not understand why she only focused on the appointment scheduling instead of taking more care of my baby's health. She did not provide any advise unless we had questions to ask her, otherwise she tried to leave in a hurry. I will definitely not recommend her to anyone else.
