Only giving one star because interface requires it - should be zero! They lied about giving my family member medications - said they gave them to him at 10PM. I was THERE - nobody gave him anything! His body is ravaged by cancer; he needs his pain meds! Called my mom in the middle of the night and demanded a family member come sit with him. Then called the police and had me removed when I confronted them that 8 hours had passed sense his last medications were delivered. Terrible place with CNAs shutting off lights before they address your needs, leave patients sit in their wheelchairs in the halls all day, take FOREVER (over 30 minutes often!) to answer a call button... complain that they aren’t equipped for your loved one then fail to call back the facility they make an application to transfer you to.., and leave him sit in wet sheets and diapers for HOURS!
