I am surprised to read some of the reviews here as my experience with Dr. Bakr has been very positive. I have suffered with mental illness for more than 20 years and after years of misdiagnosis, I was referred to her by a friend who had previously been her patient. I must say I am the most stable I have been in a long while. Both my personal and work life are flourishing- most of all- I am no longer on a cocktail of medications that had been piled on by various other psychiatrists. I appreciate her humility , empathy and clinical acumen. I am thoroughly satisfied with my care .
