Dr. Aliya Saeed, MD

This woman is not a doctor she is garbage and trash. She has no consideration for human life. She thinks something of herself as she is nothing. It is appalling she is a psychiatrist she needs a psychiatrist herself. I am not surprised to see bad reviews about her just surprised to see she's validly practicing.

Avoid this doctor! There are a lot of better options. The doctor was ok at first, but overtime she becomes careless and eventually she turns into a dreadful doctor. Her communication and listening skills have always been poor, and she doesn't like to talk to patients on the phone. Her lack of coordination with her staff is also poor. What's worse is her inability to change as a doctor when confronted with critiques. She stubbornly holds on to her methods and bears resentment over the critiques, when those critiques were made politely and in a way to help. The worst part of all this was that some of her actions put my health at risk and trying to explain this was a lost cause. This behavior constituted malpractice, and instead of explaining why she conducted herself in such a way, she tried to find faults in my behavior and refused to answer any of my questions. Again, my experiences were appalling and this doctor should be ashamed of her behavior, which she obviously is not.

I'm very comfortable with Dr. Saeed. I feel she is really attending to what I'm saying and I feel both validated and a sense of calm. Her quiet manner and her soothing voice and makes it easy to relax and share.

I made an appointment with Dr. Saeed a few months back. When it came to my appointment day I was unable to leave work as we had call ins and were short staffed. I work in retail and its sometimes impossible to leave work during busy days. My appointment was at 11 and called to cancel my appointment at 10:40. I understand there are appointment cancellation fees if not done within 24 hours and when I was cancelling the office clerk informed me that the fee was $195.00. After telling her my situation, regarding not being able to leave work, her tone of voice was that she just didn't care and all she cared about was making sure she had my credit card number to charge. I found this to be a bit ruthless. I was willing to pay a $50.00 fee tops but feel that $195.00 is very high and just a bad business practice. I understand that this practice is important to Dr. Saeed but I also have a job to keep as well and live pay check to pay check as most people do. I did reschedule my… appointment in the beginning and cancelled right after my experience with the office clerk. I will not reschedule with Dr. Saeed. I rated my experience below because I had to in order to submit my review. The only thing I can say was that there is a long wait for an appointment (new patient) with Dr. Saeed and her cancellation fee if very high.
