Dr. Aliya Yasin, MD

In the past 14 years, 6 kids in our family have been Dr Yasin’s patients, always receiving the highest care and attention. They love her and her nurturing and caring approach. Her office staff are always sweet and accommodating to all of our needs. They make us feel like family. Dr Yasin’s practice embodies all the things that matter to me as a parent. She genuinely cares for my kids’ good health and well being. Our oldest is dreading leaving her practice when she turns 21. Dr Yasin is the only doctor with whom she feels comfortable. Forging a strong bond like this is based on a history of trust and reliable care which Dr Yasin has delivered on consistently and patiently.

Dr. Yasin is the best pediatric doctor in Florida. She is very thorough with check ups and great with kids. My daughter is 3 years old and she absolutely loves Dr. Yasin. Her office staff is really nice and very well oriented.

There is something strange about the reviews or the reviewers, they appear to be at least less than truthful or at most fictional. Let's review the 3 hour wait. If a person's appointment was at 9, then 3 hour wait puts that person in the room at noon. That can't happen since they go for lunch at noon. Now let's put that person at 4 pm. Three hours will put them at 7pm. Dah! Or anywhere in between. Three hour wait is neither plausible nor probable. If the waiting room was filled and backed up by 3 hours, then everybody will be 3 hours out. The nice review jotter cant be the only one! Anyway you slice it, it is not doable. The doctor charges way too low, and if the child is sick and parent has no money dr. pays out of her own pocket. Now thats a real doctor not a businnes. I don't think these nice people can say the same thing for others. Now let's look at 1.5 hour wait to get the initial papers. If you sit in a corner or in your imagination, and do not write your name on a sign in… sheet then you get to choose as many hours as your little heart desires that the papers were not given. If you write your name, then any place in the western world serves in the order of the names received. It appears too much of a suspect to believe these nice people who may have been doped into deceiving others. Before insomnia is cured by going over other unbelivable claims, you decide if the above comments makes sense to you, then you may wonder why the fiction was produced and provided as facts and as the basis of claims which are less than truthful and/or fictional by these nice people. Reissue of the same medicine is stopped by 1) emr, as allergy is recorded(I think they are all electronic), 2) by pharmacy and 3) by the insurance companies, if reissued, within a few days. nobody wants to issue it, or pay twice for the same or despense it, even if it is free. Remember nothing is free, somebody is paying for it. I pray for them. God bless them.

Took my daughter for a check up when she was almost 10 months old and told dr. Yasin that i was concerned because my daughters foot was always in tippy toe position, she wouldnt even look at it! Just said it was normal. At her 1 year check up i had to demand her to look at her foot and finally she said something was definitely wrong! Duh! When my daughter had an ear infection she put her on amoxicillin. A few days later i had to bring her back bc she was having an allergic reaction. Yasin said shes allergic we'll have to try something else. Then her staff calls in a prescription for amoxicillin again! Besides this she is very rude and the wait time is ridiculous. i've had to wait over 3hours a few times.

My son had a fever and we waited for over an hour and a half before someone came out to give me paperwork to fill out. We did not wait to see the doctor, the waiting room was packed full of sick kids that had been waiting longer than us. the lack of respect for patients time is unacceptable. Do not go to this doctor, you;d be better off going to the emergency room where you'll get in faster and have better care.

Dr. Yasin is the most understanding, caring doctor you could ever have. Her first concern is her patients, not the money. I remember my child was sick with the fever and stomach flu and i was up all night with her and i had no idea what to do and it was almost 3 o'clock in the morning when i called up Dr. Yasin and she immediately answered the phone and calmly gave me directions on what to do. It was a time i will never forget. Dr. Yasin also thoroughly explains what is going on with my child and how we can fix it. She understands a mother's concern which puts my mind at ease knowing what is going on. As for her office, it is delightful! there are different themes in every room and my son and daughter both enjoy being there. The staff is both amiable and excellent at handling hectic situations, i have seen so myself! there is a wait time at Dr. Yasin's office but that is because she is the best of the best! my friends and i are very proud with our choice in who are baby doctor is. My… advice, if your looking for someone who will save your money and cares about your kid. VISIT DR.YASIN NOW!

After a 3 hour wait, I decided we won't be going back to see this Doctor. I have had appointment mixups, long waits, and all together unpleasent visits. Once, I was even sent home and told my insurance wasn't valid, even though it was!! It's unbelievable how unprofessionally the office is run. Un acceptable!

her office staf is horrible and very unprofessional. She herself is very rude and all in all a bad doctor with a disgusting doctors office.

She isnt a very good doctor. she is very nice but is not for breast feeding. she tried to put my child on formula many times for no reason and she almost hospitaliized my friends child because she did not give them advice on what to do.

Had to wait over 1.5 hours for my daughters appointment (4 mos checkup).Exam room and waiting room both had dead bugs on floor (roach and ?).I was not given an ages and stages questionnaire to fill out with my daughters progress.The doctor barely held my daughter--she just asked me the basic questions regarding growth and development. I feel that she did only the bare minimum.No feedback was provided as to my daughters level of development. (No percentile, etc)The clinic itself was in poor condition:Landscaping not tended/numerous weeds, Parking lot had a very large/dangerous unlevel area, No auto door for easy access with an infant, Front door was very hard to pull open and quickly shut behind you, No ramp for stroller access,Exam room furniture was torn, ripped, dirty, and stained, Paint chipped on doors/doorframes, floor trim.The administrative staff was only moderately helpful--mostly apologetic but not trying very hard.The overall feeling of the clinic is overbooked, and run… down. With one doctor and a few assistants accepting way too many patients: the overall level of care is very low. I am no longer taking my daughter to this clinic and will definitely do a meet and greet with her future pediatrician and check out the clinic before making a decision.I would not recommend Dr. Yasin to anyone.
