I had a wonderful experience during my visit! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The provider was very compassionate, taking the time to listen and address all my concerns with care and professionalism. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting.

Let's face it, having to see a doctor about a protruding hemorrhoid isn't going to be the highlight of your week. That said, I found Dr. Rotramel very personable, compassionate, and competent. Fortunately, my problem could be treated without surgery. I was so impressed, I decided to schedule the colonoscopy that I should have had done 3 years ago and that went as well as could be expected too. Dr. Rotramel has a quirky yet caring bedside manner which worked well for me.
