Dr. Alkesh Dahyabhai Patel, MD

Dr Patel, has been my doctor since 2010 and it’s one of the best primary doctor I ever had. His knowledge and bedside manner is exceptional. His staff are very friendly and professional. He recently brought new services to his office, laser and sculpturing for unwanted fat. I always wanted to try it but couldn’t find a person whom I trust . I finally did sculpture in his office and the results are unbelievable. I’m Happy I got the results that I got and it was pain free. The price is a fraction of what I had to pay for liposuction. ?? 100% recommend his service for sculpture why not do it with the doctor you trust.

Even the greatest doctor cannot be your best doctor. It all depends on your expectations as a new patient. You may expect a doctor who respects and values your time, actively listens to your concerns, understands your situation, explains the alternative choices, is sensitive and transparent about cost, is available when needed, and finally a person with whom you may share your insight and guts in all confidentiality. This is exactly what I personally found in Dr. Alkesh Patel. I have known him since he took over the practice from Dr. Jean Pribadi, and my family and I have the highest regards for him. He was part of all our ups and downs, and would not exchange him for anything in the world. During any consultation, Dr. Patel always spent the time needed to address our concerns and did not make us feel rushed if we had questions. Because of that reason, when he was sometimes running late, it made totally acceptable for us to wait the extra time to see him. We knew that he would not try… to shave off time from our appointment just to get back on schedule. His caring and compassionate professionalism is often missing in other medical practitioners we have been dealing with.

I have been a patient of Dr. Patel's for about 15 years. He is an excellent doctor who has cared for me and my children.

Always takes plenty of time to explain things in detail.

As good as any doc I've ever seen. Knows his stuff, and takes whatever time is needed. Never feel he is rushing or devoting less time to me than I need.

Patients please be aware. I underwent laser hair treatment from Dr. Patel. He seemed very charming and nice throughout my treatments. The problem came when he made the decision to laser over my tattoo. As a patient you trust your physician to know all absolute contraindications to the procedures they are performing. As a patient I was unaware of the damages it would cause. I trusted Dr. Patel to know that this was absolutely contraindicated when using this type of laser. My tattoo became inflamed, bleeding, ulcerated and left scars. Needless to say the laser over my tattoo left me with severe burns and scarring. When I went back in for my next treatment we talked about what had happened and he said "I have never heard of that happening before". I left and did some research of my own. After consulting two laser hair clinics it became VERY obvious that it is a well known fact in the laser clinic community that lasering over a tattoo is absolutely not done. I have since tried to call and… discuss these concerns with Dr. Patel and none of my phone calls have been returned. I feel that it should be known that he is performing procedures without knowing the contraindications to them. I do not recommend seeking treatment from his practice.

This was the worst experience ever. Never again will I go to this practice.
