Dr. Alla B Gordina, MD

I wanted to have a conversation with the doctor about a specific condition to determine if they were the proper office for my concern. The first opening line to the discussion was "What insurance do you have?" I was told I could not speak with anyone without creating an office appointment. There is a cost to have any consultation or discussion. I can visit any lawyer, Lasik surgeon, enhancement surgeon, divorce attorney, financial advisor or any number of professionals and be offered a free consultation. My business probably earned twice this doctor's office earned last year and I will spend 30 minutes speaking with anyone who is interested in my services. I only wanted a 5 minutes conversation to learn if the doctor would be a good fit for my need. My need is the only need that should be concerned - yes we know that if we request services the doctor will be paid. I wanted to know if the doctor would be the appropriate person to provide the services and I was told to go someplace… else. The doctor actually got on the phone with me and spent 5 minutes telling me why she can not spend 5 minutes discussing my concern. After my encounter with this impersonal doctor, I did speak with multiple doctors who were eager to offer a few minutes to discuss my need before creating an appointment. This person may be a very well educated and very thorough doctor but if they will not spend 5 minutes listening to my concern then they will probably only do what makes the best dollar return for them

Hands down the best pediatric doctor I’ve ever been to. She truly cares about the well being of her patients. No matter what time of day or night it is Dr. Gordina is always a phone call away. I strongly recommend this doctor if your looking for someone who cares!

I have been very happy with Dr. Gordina. She always seems very interested in my daughter, who is 10 now, and I'm very confident in her opinion of things. We have not used her in 2 years because of insurance but I was sorry to have to switch to another office. She is 40 minutes away from where we live but it was so worth the drive. I would love to go back to her.

Both Alla and her Husband are very good doctors. I been with Alla for twenty years and will be with her another 9 years. I just wanted to add I am not Russian.

very rude doctor it seems like she only cares what insurance you have and how much money she can suck out of you. polite and helpful staff. but the dr does not seem to care about her patients

It was an unpleasant visits the staff were so so RUDE. They really need to address that problem. Waiting time is ridiculous. Don't recommend this doctor and also the parents from my son's school stop bringing their kids to this clinic...

I feel as if Dr. Gordina actually cares about her patients. She listens to me and explains treatment to where i can understand it. It is very reassuring to know that i can reach her in the middle of the night if i need too.
