Doctor Katseva always is thoughtful and concerned about my wellness. She is always polite and diligent at his job. She never rushes me. I feel like I can depend on her to make good decisions for my care, She has my confidence. She is truly a kind and trustworthy Doctor.

My wife and I are patients with dr. Alla Katseva for about 15 years. Even after relocating to another town we’re sticking with her - and God willing, going forward will do so as well. She was able to effectively help us on multiple occasions. Besides being a great professional, she is amazing human being. Her staff is extremely friendly & professional. You can’t go wrong with dr. Alla.

My experience with this practice are below par. If you want things done in a timely manner, I suggest seeking medical attention elsewhere. Never in my life have I been financially responsible for the mistakes of others. The taste in my mouth is forever sour.

SHE IS OK BUT ONE BIG THING BOTHERS ME!!!SHE IS NOT GOOD AT ALL, AT LISTENING TO YOUR VIEWS OR CONCERNS OR ANYTHING ELSE FOR THAT MATTER. SHE LIKES TO DO THE TALKING AND IS NOT MOVABLE IN HER THOUGHTS OF YOUR HEALTH OR YOUR FEELINGS AND OFTEN MISUNDERSTANDS THE PATIENT OR WHAT THEY ARE TRYING TO SAY!SHE DOES TO MUCH ASSUMMING! NOT A GOOD COMMUNICATOR! SHE ALSO IS NOT RECEPTIVE TO ANSWERING YOUR QUESTIONS!!!OR MOST OF ALL LISTENING TO YOU, THE PATIENT OR A RELATIVE OF A PATIENT!!! IT IS VERY OVIOUS HER IGO DOES GET IN THE WAY OF A GOOD PATIENT AND DR. RELATIONSHIP. VERRY STUBBORN!!! NOT SURE IF I WILL CONTINUE TO SEE HER OR RECOMMEND HER OR NOT.

Dr. Katseva is kind & patient. She spends time & listens to what you say.I never had to wait an unreasonable time in the waiting room. If I did I would not mind since she spends the time with me once I am in the exam room. Her staff is very courtesy, professional & helpful.They have always returned my calls ASAP.I am a happy Patient!!!
