Dr. Alla Y Keyzner, MD

Dr. Keyzner is very direct and provides information that may be unpleasant to hear, but is necessary. She provides detailed explanations of the ASCT procedure and ensures other areas of concern are also covered. The previous review was left in 2010, perhaps she has progressed as a physician because I have experienced none of the concerns with the previous posted review. We, of course, always have different experiences.

Saw Dr. Keyzner at Mayo Clinic. She has terrible bedside manner - did not introduce herself and needs to practice active listening. She cut me and my caretaker off mid-sentence on a number of occasions, then told me I was not an effective communicator. She also did not effectively treat my problem, and changed my medications without telling me or my caretaker. Dr. Keyzner also would tell us one thing on one visit and on the next, would tell us something completely different. She would tell us one thing and her supervisor another as well.
