Dr. Alla Goldberg, MD

After visiting three retina specialists, I was finally recommended to Dr. Goldberg. She has incredible bedside manor and takes excellent care of her patients.

This was a emergency hospital visit with Dr. Alla Kukuyev, She gave a very thorough explanation and examination of my eye disease called LATTICE degeneration. She re assured me of the outcome and scheduled my surgery. I asked for a 2nd opinion because I have only 1 good eye.

Doctor was a bit aloof going into the surgery but no big deal. After the surgery was done, I was sent home hoping for the best. However, complications arose and well that stuff happens but the worst part was her acting like it was no big deal and that there wasn't a possibility that she had made a mistake during surgery. Well turns out the retina separated again as a result of bad laser sealing and I had to get another surgery. From this surgery I found out that she even left stitches in the eyes without informing me. Just absolutely terrible, would not recommend.
