Dr. Alla Shteynman, MD

She is okay but when it comes to prescribe medications she always brush it off especially if you have any kind of virus or seasonal flu. Her response is drink soups, water etc. If you need any refills you have to make an appointment. She does not tell you the blood results you have to ask her then she will reply.

Doctor Shteynman has you waiting in examining room for half hour. Nurses and staff are not caring, rude, and nasty. Personal private informaton is given to the nurse and not told first hand to the patient. Unprofessional doctor patient relationship. Harassment by staff and doctor over pick up of prescriptions that are phoned in advanced . She does not do any follow -up treatments nor does she call with results to tests. Messages are not given to doctor. Nurses are telling the same excuses all the time for pick -up of prescriptions for medication that is prescribed by the doctor herself. Does Shteynman know what she is doing? I don't think she knows or comprehends what she is doing to her patients well being. The worse doctor ever, I would not recommend her to anyone. She is over booked with patients and can not function very well.

Spent less then five minute, did not check anything, just prescribed antibiotics.

Dr. Shteynman is a very caring, dedicated doctor who takes a personal interest in all her patients. She has gone out of her way for me on more than one occasion to get me the optimum care that I feel I'm entitled to. I feel very lucky to have found a primary care physician as competent as her.
