Dr. Allan Christopher Churukian, MD

Thank God this man is out there, he listened, stayed on top of everything I said. Then promptly put a plan together that worked specifically for me.

A Veteran myself, I had read several comments and found several veterans had written a bad review. I was seen by Dr. Allan Churukian and his bed side manner was kind and professional. Wanted to leave my own review since I felt no hostility being looked at or cared for differently; being a Veteran. He was compassionate to my injuries and understanding. Dr Churukian doesn't care about Veterans. His inability or unwillingness to thoroughly evaluate a military member or read their medical record is almost criminal. When a military member's medical record contains all of the diagnosis, surgical procedures, all of the appointments someone has had regarding their conditions.. and this "doctor" says there is nothing wrong? When he can see that there are visible things wrong (that are DOCUMENTED in the servicemembers medical record) and he claims nothing is visible. I can not for the life of me understand how this guy is in practice. He's deceitful, he's lazy and should be excluded from "helping" veterans. Absolutely shameful

Dr Churukian was a great doctor. I went in with some serious pain from Dr C finding I had kidney stones. It was the worst pain but Dr C took excellent care of me. He checked on me as my pain diminished. He was the first doctor in a long time that took the time to explain what was going on with me. I will go back to the ER where Dr. C works.Thanks Dr C!

It seems that when you really need a doctor, the only place to get right in is at the ER or local urgent care. Thankfully my daughter was under Dr. Churukian's care when we went to the local hospital. "Dr. C" sat with us, made us laugh, held my daughter's hand, and melted away the anxiety of going into a busy ER, despite the utter chaos at 2am! My daughter seemed okay, except for a high fever, but his thorough exam and care resulted with a diagnosis of a kidney infection! She was 100% better by the time we left. She did great at home and was back at school in 2 days. Too bad he doesn't have his own office! If you're lucky, you'll have his help when you really need a doctor! Very smart, personable and kind. Big thumbs up!

Long story short: my Dad had a heart attack, saw Dr. C in the ER, and he turned into super-Doc saving my Dad's life! He's kind and caring, answers all questions, commands the respect of his affiliated nurses and staff, and is a really in-charge kind of guy. Professional in every way, even with following my Dad's hospital course and visiting when he could! Great person and great doctor...to bad he doesn't have an office. Still, I know where to go when I have a real emergency and who to see to take care of me and my family.
