Dr. Allan Rene Devilleneuve, MD

I have made the mistake of seeing Dr. Devilleneuve when his colleague was out more than once, and each time I kick myself for thinking it would be helpful. Today was yet another example of poor care. He ignored my answers to his questions, wouldn't take the time to look at a picture of something he was supposed to be looking for on my child's body, rushed us out, and generally wasted my time. He dismissed my questions and information provided entirely, and attributed the symptoms to something that I distinctly told him wasn't not at all possible. He did, however, meet his goal of getting out of the office on time, as we were his last patient. I've seen other complaints about his sarcasm, which is fine with me, though it seems an ill-fit for a pediatrician. But his little quips add insult to injury when he has done nothing to diagnose your child, taken an hour of so of your life, and sent you out the door with a condescending brush off.

Wonderful pediatrician. I recommend highly.

Dr. deVillenuve has an efficient and courteous staff that sees little turnover. This along with his experience and knowledge is what makes me keep coming back after 10 years. The practice also has 3 locations Dallas, Plano and Frisco which makes it very convenient.
