Dr. Allan Stuart Kratzer, MD

Brilliant radiologist, kind physician, is what comes to mind. Never rushed, comprehensive in his approach and explanations. Your in fantastic hands at mid state with this doctor and his exceptional staff.

He doesn't explain things well. He and his staff are resistant to answering questions from family members even when patients are weak and unable to advocate for themselves. His answers are vague and unhelpful. He is rarely available to discuss treatment with patients even at times when he has said he will be available to answer their questions. This is left to his nurses who are friendly. Kratzer is the only option for radiation oncology at MidState so you may be stuck with him if you are limited geographically.

I walked out of his office with the same questions I had seeked to answer. Very elusive person. You can find much better in the area.

people that come to the center need compassion, do yourself a favor and replace nurse paula because she does not have any compassion.
