Dr. Allan D Minahan, DDS

Dr. Al was born in Kenmore, WA, the second of two boys in the family. He grew up locally and attended Kenmore Elementary, Kenmore Jr. High and Inglemoor High School. Dr. Al completed his undergraduate degree in biology at Pepperdine University in Malibu, CA. He played basketball for the Waves under Coach Lorenzo Romar and actually played in the NCAA Tournament! Dr. Al received his dental education at the University Of Washington School Of Dentistry. Dr. Al, his wife Jennifer and their son Owen live in Edmonds, WA. Outside of the office he enjoys staying active (lots of basketball and golf), attending sporting events, photography, traveling and spending time with family and friends. Dr. Al has really enjoyed spending time and getting to know all the patients here at Minahan Family Dentistry. He loves the daily conversations with patients and the relationships he has built. Dr. Al is an active member of the ADA, WSDA, SKCDS and AGD. Dr. Al enjoys giving back to the profession and has …been a mentor to local students interested in dentistry. He has also enjoyed giving dental presentations to elementary school classes.
