Dr Ross is not a friendly doctor. He asks what's wrong, give you a prescription or an X-ray and your out.

I've been going to Dr. Ross for 8 years. Just within the last two years, I had to have a fairly severe surgery within the last two years under his care. Once I described my symptoms, Dr. Ross referred me immediately to the best neurosurgeon for the job, skipping the middleman of having to go to a neurologist because he knew there was an urgency. I appreciated the way this was handled very much, and his efficient behavior translates to less severe appointments I've had to make, as well.

Dr. Ross is the guy to go to if you would like to be treated as a number and not a person. He has no bedside manner and is all to ready to sign up people for Hospice, rather than look for solutions. No compassion, no kindness, nothing but a crabby man with a god complex. 3 former patients in our family. Save yourself.

I went to this doctor because my dr was out of town. The dr was very good in diagnosing, ordered proper tests, called back promptly and got me the necessary care to take care of my problem.He moved very quickly on everything.I had surgery 4 days later.For a substitute dr. I can't thank him enough. He answered every concern I had.
