Allan Siperstein, MD, is Head of the Section of Endocrine Surgery at Cleveland Clinic. He also serves as Vice Chairman of the Division of Surgery, and Program Director for the General Surgery Residency Program and Endocrine Surgery Fellowship. Dr. Siperstein completed his medical school training at the University of Texas, Southwestern Medical School at Dallas, and his general surgery residency and endocrine surgery training at the University of California, San Francisco. From 1990 until 1999 he was a Faculty member in the Department of General Surgery at the University of California, San Francisco. Since then he has been a Staff member at Cleveland Clinic. In addition to endocrine surgery, he has had a long interest in minimally invasive surgery and surgical sonography. Since 1992, he has been teaching coursework in intraoperative and laparoscopic ultrasound techniques. I've met a lot of doctors in my health journey w Cushing's & can honestly say that Dr Siperstein is a superb surgeon and doctor! He specializes in posterior approach which is genius-3 days afterwards & I have very little discomfort! I feel incredibly lucky to have had my BLA with him - he is my angel and saved my life! He was thoroughly read up on my medical history and prompt for my appointment. He is a gentlemen and has a very impressive and robust take on CD. He was kind, attentive, supportive. I cannot say enough good things about him! Thank you!

Dr Siperstein is the most kind ,caring sweetest Dr I've ever seen...I wish I could see him for my primary Dr he is just wonderful..

Extremely professional, knowledgable, and a very gifted surgeon with a personality to match. Makes you feel that you and your condition are important to him and makes you feel like you can ask him anything. Has never rushed through any appointments and has always made me feel assured of his treatment. I am blessed knowing this individual and receiving treatment from him.

Dr. Siperstein was a very knowledgeable physician. He explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. The whole staff was excellent at the appointment and very thorough. He made me feel very comfortable and confident with his diagnosis and treatment plan. I would recommend him to my family and friends.

He has very good bedside manner.Very smart knows if something is wrongjust by looking at you.Answers all my questions in a way I canunderstand.I feel very safe in his hands and wouldtake any advice he gives me.I feel very lucky to have him as my doctor.
