Dr. Allan James White, MD

1st off I want to start by saying that this Dr does not follow up with his staff, I don't care if he might be good he doesn't call back when you really need him to, his staff is lacking empathy towards patients as well, they tend to forget that the patients are paying them, my mother was admitted into ER because his staff didn't have the decency to call her back to inform her of an infection she had, we call and his staff doesn't respond but wait neither did he, so why would expect him to. If this happens to another member of my family I will advise them to go somewhere else. I will finish by saying that not everyone is bad but those are the people that you need to clone.

I’ve been seeing Dr. White for 15 years. He came highly recommended and definitely lives up to his reputation. He isn’t the the warm and fuzzy type at first but once you get to know him he is not only an amazing Dr. but a kind and wonderful man. He is extremely thorough and positively brilliant. I have grown very fond of his scheduler Ieda along with the rest of his staff. 5 star rating all around for Dr. White and his staff. Thank you Dr. White for saving me from what could have been a life threatening situation.

while I am satisfied with the care I have received from Dr White I am completely upset with trying to get an appointment. I have been trying for 3 weeks and have not been able to talk to the scheduler and she has not called me back. This is problem that should not be happening.

He is an Excellent Doctor

I called three times and always got her voice mail. It was not around lunch time or any other time that she may be out of the office. My PCP called one time as well and never received a return call. Finally, the fourth time that I called she actually answered the phone. I was told Dr. White's next appointment was in a month and that is the earliest I could get an appointment. She was very cold, indifferent, and rude.Dr. White, himself, has an excellent reputation as physician: I never got to find out. He came highly recommended.He needs to fire the appointment scheduler and hire someone who is responsible and compassionate.I gave Dr. White two stars solely based on his good reputation. The two stars is based on his office staff.
