Honestly, I can only wish all my doctors were as personable, knowledgeable, caring and just plain human as Dr. Cummings! I feel lucky to have her!

Dr. Cummings is a knowledgeable and warm doctor who listens to her patients wants and needs. I found her through my doula practice (Brooklyn Doula Collective, which I also recommend!) and I was extremely impressed. I had initially wanted to work with a midwife for my pregnancy, but my insurance wouldn't fully cover that option. Instead, I found Dr. Cummings who has experience with unmedicated births. More so, she is willing to work with her patients so that they have the outcome that they feel is best. It is so necessary to feel seen and heard, especially during labor and delivery. Dr. Cummings is trustworthy and experienced, in addition to being warm and welcoming. I highly, highly recommend working with her!

I was a first time parked and attended this office because Dr. Cummings had such great reviews. The office staff was no knowledgeable in insuranc policies and fudbnktvnaje me aware of their policy before coming to the appointment. It was a waste of my time

Dr. Cummings is fantastic. Always very respectful, calm and seems to have all the time in the world to answer patient questions. I wish every doctor I saw were like Dr. Cummings.

Dr Cummings is one of the best. She is completely professional and knowledgeable. I had to have surgery and she was phenomenal throughout the entire experience. She is fantastic.

I came in to deliver my second child at StLukes Roosevelt and Dr Cummings was on call. What a welcoming, calming, and grounded guide she was for me during a relatively short but intense natural delivery. She was an utter pro, coaching me and making me feel comfortable and supported during my delivery. I can't imagine a better experience giving birth naturally in a hospital than with Dr Cummings by your side. (I did not visit her office leading up to delivery so I cannot comment on the office experience, but only on her bedside manner when I needed it most, and I can't speak high enough of the way she helped me bring my daughter into the world).

Flat out the best doctor!!! I have gone to for several years and feel as though she should be listed as one of the best doctors in NYC. Dr. Cummings has a great bedside manner, compassionate, kind, funny, warm, professional, , and competent. My twins were delivered by her and i could not have had a better doctor.

Dr. Cummings is a bright and personable doctor. She seems passionate about women's health issues and serving the great community. Her office staff on the other hand is the reason why I will never be back. There is poor communication between staff and doctors. The waits are horribly long. They loose track of appointments. I wish it were run like OBGYN offices at Cornell where people are on top of things. Unfortunately, many of the offices associated with St Luke's-Roosevelt are run in a similar fashion (although this is pretty bad).

Staff is a nightmare. They don't return calls or make follow-up appointments the doctor says they will make. Then they lie and try to blame the patient. Doctor is very personable, which can seem like she cares. But then turns out that she is as undependable and uncaring as her staff. Waits are up to two hours. I've told another doctor about my experience, and she said that she has never heard of such a shoddy MD's office. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere
