Dr. Allegra Garcia-Cantu, MD

I have seen her twice and she is compassionate, caring and thorough. She asks the right questions to get to the basis of your problem. I have reversed my diabetes with her guidance. My AiC is 5.3.

I was very pleased with both her cordiality and professionalism on my first visit. We just moved to the area, but had previously lived near Guadalajara, and I know, and highly respect the quality of the 'medicos' from that fine University system. They have saved my 81 year old bacon several times and in several Guadalajara hospitals. I am thrilled to find another alumnus here in the tip of Texas. Having traveled the world, I must also note that my best medical and dental practitioners have all be graduates of the University of Guadalajara. RDG

I have had Dr. Garcia-Cantu as a Dr at the VA clinic. She was not may regular Dr. But I sure treid to make that happen. I enjoyed seeing her because she appears to really care for her patients and appears to run the approrpiate test on you. If I had to have a permanent Dr., It would be this Dr. Besides personally, I think not only is she a good Dr. but, she is beautiful also.
