Hello Dr. Allen Bar, My name is Carolyn Bland. I was a child when you examined me. A twelve years old to be accurate. I've always remembered your bedside mannerism. It was reassuring to me that you were a great doctor. In 1973 at Pennsylvania Hospital, you, Dr Allen Bar performed the surgery of removing a grapefruit size cyst from my abdomen. I never knew the full extent of needing the surgery. My parents couldn't tell me anything. People just put their trust in doctors. I've searched for years to find and learned more of what you did to me. But I couldn't get any medical redbirds on the procedure. You saved my life. I'm 59 years old now. I guess it's true. Dr Bar removes a cyst from my back

Dr. Bar was always there for me , He was my life line in urgent situations . When other doctors couldn't or didn't have the knowledge to do a necessary procedures Dr. bar understood my predicament and addressed it expeditiously. I can't thank him enough.

I met and have received services which include 2 surgeries from Dr. Bar for over 2 months now. Each follow up visit was pleasant and informative. The office staff is very professional and was able to accommodate my schedule. Dr. Bar has excellent bedside manner and is and displays expertise within his fields of study. I highly recommend him.

he is a kind and interested doctor

Dr Bar has a very dry sense of humor . Seems quite complacent. After my wifes surgery saw mainly residents during the weekdays , Dr popped in several times a week. We ran into complications regardless she was discharged and told to follow up in 2 weeks. Her pain and distress continued weeks after Dr Bar had no answers or recommendations . he suggested she follow up in a month . Her pain and distress worsened , Dr Bar didn't have any answer and left her hopeless. Until several months and 30 lost pounds later. In my opinion hes lost he lust and desire to do surgeries . There's always a time when I surgeon should know when to retired and let more knowledgeable eager doctors to replace these older carefree well past their prime physicians.
