My mom was in the hospital to place power port for her chemo treatment with Dr.Bloom. It was supposed to be the same day procedure instead from outpatient she became inpatient cause of him.She stayed 3 more days cause he messed up her lungs .Never again in that hospital with those kind of doctors. I can't give a 0 that's what you deserve

Dr. Bloom did a fabulous job. Very pleasant and kind.

Run don't walk away from this doctor . Left me deformed and I'll have to pay another doctor to fix it

Will ask you a question then talk over you when you attempt to answer. Has a huge God complex. Terrible bedside manner. He knows best; your concerns are not his problem. Thinks he's the best in the business, yet left me with a deformity that he said my plastic surgeon could fix. His staff is useless; plan on getting copies of your medical records yourself, from the Medical Records department.

This guy will talk over you and tell you what a great doctor he is multiple times in one visit. Makes you wait 25 minutes to see him, then spends 2 minutes with you (telling you what a great doctor he is...) Performed a surgery that, so far, appears it's going to need plastic surgery to fix; we're still waiting to see the outcome of the healing process. In the mean time, he went from in-network to out-of network from the time I scheduled my appointment, to my surgery, to my follow up office visits and no one in his office informed me. Now I'm stuck with a HUGE bill. Thanks Doc; more plastic surgery to fix your mistake and a huge bill I made sure I wouldn't get by choosing in-network providers prior to my surgery.

a simple procedure, removal of the gall bladder. he removed my gall bladder and and rip an artery, that is near the gall bladder. he tried fixing it with a bunch of staples so the bleeding would stop. I ended up in the hospital for a week. He can not perform laparoscropic procedures. i have met other patients of his who have had similar problems.

Very straight forward. He's a great diagnostician and very capable surgeon.
