Dr. Butler and his staff combine exceptional medical knowledge with outstanding personability and professionalism. Booking timely appointments is never a problem, and urgent appointments are taken seriously. Office wait times are just about non-existent. Our family started with Dr. Butler eight years ago; our youngest was seven. Dr. Butler effortlessly transitioned from peds to adult medicine; he respects parental observations and input. Dr. Butler ensures each diagnosis and treatment plan is well understand, and welcomes questions. He does not prescribe medication unless it is necessary. He puts thought into referrals; understanding that personality and general comfort is important. His staff are respectful, knowledgeable, and always helpful. Messages are accurate, follow-ups are timely, and insurance lingo/requirements are handled. My family has a couple "special need" issues, and Dr. Butler has dedicated extra time in researching the conditions in order to give the best possible… healthcare. He is available after hours, and he will never make you feel like a burden or interruption I can not recommend Dr. & Mrs. Butler, Quen, and Carol enough. Your and your family's health is paramount; Allen Butler and his staff are the very best in healthcare advocacy.

I have been a patient of dr butlers for 15 plus years...they don't get any finer...his office staff are wonderful ..he is part of MDVT and it is well worth the extra money to be a part of this program...

I have been a patient of Dr. Butler for a few years now and find him to be the best physician I have encountered. He truly cares for his patients and will work hard to correctly diagnose and treat his patients. He and his entire staff have such a pleasant attitude. The MDVIP program gives me 24/7 365 access to him personally. I have called after hours (and once on a holiday) and he answers and has responded to my needs each time. I have never waited more than 15 minutes in his office for an appointment and routinely have to tell him "I am sorry but I have to go" at the end of a visit. He takes that much time to ensure the patient understands and has all the information they require. I thought the medical profession was a lost cause (as far as personal care) until I met Dr. Butler. I give this Dr. my highest recommendation.

I have been very happy with my experience with Dr Butler. He takes time to listen to your concerns. He asks follow up questions, he discusses his diagnoses and his reasoning with you, as well as treatment options. It is very easy to set up an appointment and the staff will work you in the day you call most of the time. There is also usually a wait once you get to the office. I attribute this to how much time Dr Butler spends with each patient. I have never waited more than 45 minutes. I would recommend this doctor.
