Last year I made monthly payments for my root canal. Today the receptionist kept repeating this: "We sometimes make payment arrangements but we generally don't, so this is what you need to pay now." Points to a bill-$1,150. I asked, "So can I pay you half now and half later?" Receptionist: ""We sometimes make payment arrangements but this is what you need to pay now." A second receptionist appeared and simply said, "We can make a payment arrangement" with a big rye smile like I was dirt. They were firm and embarrassed me in front of a patient in the waiting room who kept shooting me dirty looks. I told them to keep their filthy fingers out of my mouth and they were not getting any of my money and don't even think of charging me for today.

I have had 2 root canals done by Dr. Colic & am going for three. Very little discomfort /pain.

I saw Dr. Colic twice and was very impressed by his professional yet warm and kind approach. I would highly recommend him to all my family and friends. Great job, Dr. Colic!

No one likes to get a root canal, but the kindness and caring as well as the professionalism of Dr. Colic made it painless and quick. I would recommend him to anyone having this or another oral surgery procedure. I am a 66 year old female and have had extensive oral surgery due to a car accident and broken jaw in my youth. Never has it been this easy or pain free. I felt the price was reasonable as well.

Very professional and great bedside manner. Got right to the source of my problem area and was relieved of pain when I left. Would see him again.
