I am so grateful for such a wonderful experience with the practice of Dr. Allen Garai. They did a phenomenal job on my teeth. But, most of all Dr. Allen Garai and his team are amazing people. Always super friendly and always put their patience first. There is no question I would recommend them to anyone, as you will certainly receive a first class experience with them. -Brooks Carson

Overall very pleased with treatment and services with Garai Orthodontic Specialists. The front desk staff are nice and always helpful.

Best for pediatric orthodontics in Vienna Virginia. All 4 of my kids have been treated at Dr. Allen Garai office. My family recommends him without any hesitations.

Excellent Doc. and staff. Dr. Garai treated me with invisalign clear braces.He expalined all steps at every appointment. I love my new smile. I recommend him for invisalign.

All my children including myself have been treated by Dr. Allen Garai. We have known him for over ten years. He is a caring,gentle orthodontist. If you are looking for a great competent orthodontist and want to get the best service in town call his office. He is possibly the best DOCTOR in town.
