My ex is an abusive man and hired mr levy to be the counselor in the case. Actually my ex was very very forceful and extremely shady that mr levy “must” be the guy that my child would see after the protective order was unfortunately dissolved by poor judgement. So much so it was obvious there was something up with it. mr. Levy knowingly knew that his father was abusing drugs namely amphetamines as mentioned in court. Mr. levy knew of the abuse my child suffered with his father and as my child played “board games” with mr levy he tried to convince him that his father was somehow OK for abusing him… fast forward to court in 2019 where he lied in front of a court justice and to OCS. And with intent made it so my son would not be able to see family out of state. My son had several instances where his father attacked him and some were so obvious they were on social media. Now Mr. levy the man who you were protecting because my ex was paying you under the table (funny how you only accept… military and blue cross blue shield & cash maybe next time make it less obvious you’re taking advantage) he is in JAIL. What do you think he is in jail for? Good luck but you’re going to get fired from representing children in custody cases because you put my son in harms way knowingly and lied under oath. Moms especially do not let this “counselor” ever talk to your child.
