the worst, been a patient for a while, today was the last straw. kept me waiting for over an hour, had to leave to get to work and they didn't care, apologize, offer to reschedule, nothing...but they kept my copay....the worst...

He's thorough and committed to great care of his patients. Pleasant and always ready to answer any and all questions. I have total faith in him.

Had cataract surgery and he drop it behind my eye. It resulted in terrible. Nine days later I had retina surgery to have it removed. This was four months ago. Thousands of additional expenses plus I still have poor vision and probably permanent eye damage. Stay away from this guy. He never even had the decency to call and see how I was doing

There is no way I can adequately describe how much I value Dr, Richmond. From the first moment I spoke with him, throughout my cataract surgeries and post surgery visits this gentleman was pure class. I could tell he cares a GREAT deal about his patients both personally and professionally. This includes all of his staff as well.He never failed to take the time to answer my questions or concerns before and after the two surgeries. He eased the fears I had and that meant a lot to me.The flowers given to me after each surgery were a pleasant surprise.Dr. Richmond, if you are reading this I, once again, want to thank you for your professionalism and caring about me.

DR.Richmond is a very good Doctor I would recommend him to anyone who needs a good eye Dr. I had a cataract removed by Dr. Richmond without any problems at all he is very good at his job

His office personal was very nice and helpful in my time of need from the beginning to the end of my surgery Doctor did A Great job on my eye can see very good now follow up care was also Excellent Thank You

Dr. Richmond and staff were patient and meticulous with my brother-in-law's diabetic eye care. He can see so much better now since his stroke. Would recommended this practice.
