Dr. Rubin was very communicative and helpful throughout the visit. A job well done is a joy forever.

It was good

Rescheduled due to no imaging but failed to set up imaging appt then decided didn't need imaging. Then sent me to wrong building. Called from building asking where am I supposed to be? Hello? Assistant never heard of diminishing pulse. Doc said my condition (TOS) wasn't severe enough for rib resection. I know there are other options. He didn't offer any of them. He offered pain clinic referral. Scalene muscle removal? other? Knowledge is severely lacking. I felt I knew more about thoracic outlet syndrome than he did.

The front office sent my info to the wrong insurance company -I faxed it to them and they resubmitted it wrong again. Not acceptable. The rest of the staff were nice. The office visit ran 400.00- health care is expensive

I think he got his medical degree on-line. I would never recommend Dr Rubin to anyone. He didn't seem to know much about conditions that he claims to specialize in. While friendly, it is obvious that his medical assistant has not had medical training.
