We waited over an hour and half to be seen by the doctor who was non apologetic for the wait time. When he came in was arrogant; condensing and right out rude.

Dr sapadin seems like a nice man, that is for the seconds you actually get to interact with him. Waiting room waits are long and then once you are actually brought into an examining room, the wait is equally long. I am 68 and have sunspots on my face. I have made 3 appts with the doctor for removal but each time it was disregarded. He did see what he thought was a melanoma, which thankfully was not. And each time he said that he would lighten the spots the “next time”. And each time he did not remember that. This past visit, I repeated again why I was there; he left the room and in came his daughter (an esthetician) to try to sell me beauty products. I felt disrespected, like a cog on a factory conveyor belt. Extremely disappointed

Having to wait 3 weeks to get an appointment, I was looking forward to seeing Dr. Sapadin. Surprise!!!! I was tended to by a young "physician's assistant"!!! Every time she touched me --it hurt. First time ever being hurt at a dermatologist's office. She actually removed problems from my back & arm. OUCH! Physician's assistant usually means someone who is being overseen by a doctor. When I asked to see the doctor, I was informed that he wasn't even in the building. If I'm charged a fee to have seen this doctor, I will inform the insurance of fraud.

Nice doctor, friendly and all but he seems in a rush all the time.I waited 55 minutes to have him see me 10 minutes. He beside manner is a little off and he seems to be in rush. Also, he's not present in the moment like he's got a better place to be. Again, nice guy but kinda lost in the moment.

This place is horrible. Let me clear that up. His practitioners are HORRENDOUS. They prescribe medications that should not even be used on skin. I have spent hundreds here just to end up with super clogged, dried, irritated rashes. All thanks to the uneducated and inexperienced help he has. I would NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE!

I had been to 3 dermatologists over the past 2 years and Dr. Sapadin correctly diagnosed and treated my skin condition on the first visit.

I have been going to Dr. Sapadin for over 20 years and have found him to be one of the kindest most intelligent doctors I have ever dealt with professionally. His bedside manner leaves nothing to be desired.

I had to wait about an hour both times when I came to this office.Today I had to leave without seeing doctor- I had no more time to wait. Looks like usual attitude.Never will come there again.
