Dr. Allen Mark Seiden, MD

I had a good experience with Dr. Seiden. He was knowledgeable and thorough. I went in suspecting a sinus infection. He did a larngoscopy to check out my sinuses. My warning is that I was billed by Dr. Seiden's office AND UC Hospital. They provide that information to you at your visit, but what I did not expect is that my bill from Dr. Seiden was 107; my bill from UC Hospital was 643! For the same 45 minute office visit! Watch out for your insurance billing before you go to this practice!

This is my worst experience at a doctor's office ever. Impatient ,seemed like he felt he had better thing to do or more important places to be. I described my symptoms-no tests, no blood works. He did spent not even 5 minutes. I wrote 3 pages of my medical history and allergic history. Those papers were with me till I leave the doctors office. He did not even asked for it. Probably spent 5 minutes with me and couldn't had it any clearer. He did not really care about my issue. He left by asking me to get some medicines over the counter from the pharmacy which everybody knows. Why should I go there and take the same medicine which I could take without any doctor advice. I expected some treatment or atleast some caring words and support. I spent that much money for nothing. I am totally disappointed. I called the doctor back and i asked him lots of doubts by myself which he suppose to clear me himself. I just walked out because it was clear that he was not really interested in treating… me. I NEVER GO AGAIN. Once I left from the office I saw the papers given by the doctor's office. The mentioned me as female gender and never smoker. Actually I'm male and used to smoke a year before.from these I could understand how careless those office peoples are.i hope from hereafter they will provide a good treatment atleast some support and care as a part of humanity to the people who spend money earned by their hard work. Still I respect them for their education. I am not a hater of humans. I hope it will do some changes with their activities. Good luck.

He is the best there is in town without the top price. If you want it done right why waste your time. There are many that think they are good but he has been great. If you don't have the backing of a great university to supply you with the right tools then you have been handicapped. That is not the case here.

I have been a patient of Dr. Seiden's since 1994. He is the best ENT doctor in my area and has state of the art equipment in his office. If you have sinus problems that just will NOT go away, go see him and don't even waste your time with any of the doctors in Northern Kentucky. I have been to his office LOTS of times, and he even was concerned by one of my e-mails that he received from me. He received the e-mail while he was on vacation and called his office to contact me!!! Now that is dedication!!
