Dr. Allison Arthur

They have always done a great job with my son. He has Epilepsy and asthma so they are really great about making sure my son is seen as soon as possible.

I moved to Cypress 5 years ago and have been coming to see Dr.Arthur ever since. We have also seen her colleagues when she is out of the office ,Christy the NP is very nice and Dr.Kuban is EXCELLENT ! as well . The office staff already knows me and my children, must be because we've been going there for a while now. The office used to be a private practice a few years back, and ever since they joined Texas Children's it has gotten better. They always help to accomodate me with appointments and are open on Saturday mornings. I love the office overall!

The first doctor I've taken my kids to that my son wasn't afraid of. She is so great with my kids. Won't go anywhere else for them.

Office staff is horrible: rude, cold. All they care about that they need to go home on time. Wellbeing of your child is not their concern. Staff actually advises patients to go to another office or urgent care facilities instead of setting an appointment for you to bring your child in. Horrible experience. Will never go back there again

My son hated his last pediatrician, he was highly rated and Was a good dr. When we moved to cypress I found Allison Arthur she didn't have great ratings but thought I'd give her a try. My son loves her, she's good at what she does and overall my son doesn't dread going to the pediatrician anymore.

Ugh - such a bad overall experience with this Doc being new to the Houston area. Gave her several chances and visits thinking the first was a fluke. Front desk staff is rude - they have put me on hold, left me there and then have picked back up and needed me to repeat what I've called for. I've waited more than 30 minutes for every visit - one just about an hour. Dr. Arthur was very quick with us, and didn't address very much during a well-child visit. She didn't review milestones or thoroughly discuss concerns I had about my child. AND, on top of all that, I've had billing issues. She submitted to my insurance that I saw the PA and her in one visit - getting her more money I'm sure - but I only saw her. My insurance had problems with this and said I owed more money. Don't waste your time. Find someone trying to actually take care of children for their betterment - not because they want to establish a big business to make lots of money. Good doctors deserved to be paid well… and live well, but don't forget the GOOD DOCTOR part! Shame on her.

Dr.Arthur is amazing! She is awesome with this kids, they truely enjoy going to see her. I love that she takes the time to thuroughly discuss your child with you. I am so happy with this Dr. by far the best I have ever taken my children to. The office staff already knows me and my children and don't see us as a number!

When my daughter actually gets to see Dr. Arthur, she seems to care about our family needs; however seeing her is the problem. This office has been through three associates and currently has a PA...which I mind you, seems to never be there either. The office staff are very cold and totally uncaring. Furthermore, I'm never notified about a balance or billing problem until months after because there is NO communication. Even when I try to give this office the benefit of the doubt and discuss my concerns, they get completly defensive. To top it off, Dr. Arthur misdiagnosed my daughter and gave her a steriod when had had molluscoms and they spread everywhere!!! Now, we're having to go to a specialist to clear it up the mess! Very frustrating as a caring mom!
