I could not be more pleased with the care and treatment of Dr Goorebeeck and her team. She is very matter of fact and upfront, yet warm and caring. I never felt in the dark. And the team was awesome--they were always there for me if I had an issue. Hats off to all of them...they do very hard work and in the most caring way!

I am a post breast cancer patient who saw Dr G for right upper back pain (side of lumpectomy and radiation). This was a persistent, undiagnosed pain. I asked Dr G what SHE thought about it. Dr G: "I cannot look at you and tell you if you have metastasis or not." Me: "Can I wait a bit longer and see if this resolves, do you think? " Dr. G: "I am not going to waste my time and the time of my staff in filling out this form if you are not going to have it done." If I need an oncologist (fortunately I did not), I will definitely NOT return to Dr G.

I have no words to describe how much I like Dr. Allison Gorrebeeck. She is amazing. She listened to all my complains, and believe me i can complain! She is taking everything serious and she is not dismissing my concerns, but she is addressing them. I feel so much better since I switched my care to Dr. Gorrebeeck!

She is PLAIN awesome. I am a person of "a certain age" and I remember how Doctors treated their patients. This is how Dr. Gorrebeeck treated me. It started with the first call from Jennifer, her scheduler, and so far it continues. I feel safe and cared for.

Dr. Gorrebeeck treated my wife before she passed away as a result of breast cancer and has treated me for several years for a carcinoid tumor. She is the most efficient, through and caring doctor I have ever experienced.

I met Dr. Gorrebeeck about eighteen months ago, after being diagnosed with invasive breast cancer. From that time until the present, she has been an excellent resource to me, physically, mentally, and emotionally. At various times since my diagnosis, I have been paralyzed with fear: when I thought my cancer had spread to other organs; when I thought that chemotherapy wasn't working for me; and when I thought my surgical wound would never heal. At all of these times, she has been a gentle and calming presence in my life, demonstrating that she was not only there to treat my illness but to relate to me as a person. Physically, I had a rough time after my first chemotherapy treatment. At my next office visit, she listened intently to what I said about my symptoms and prescribed two supplemental medications that significantly eased the pain and nausea I had felt after that first treatment. Somehow she always manages to walk a beautiful line between competent physician and caring… friend. I feel very blessed that I found her, and I would heartily recommend her to anyone.
