Dr. Allison Ann Lovell, MD

Horrible Person! Plushcare's Dr. Allison Lovell, MD was revoltingly impolite and dismissive. This physician was insensitive to my well-being, my emotions, and the current state of my health. While I was responding to a question she asked, she abruptly stated "Excuse Me" as if I were "Interrupting" her. This physician lacks all compassion, and I would strongly discourage anyone from seeking her care, particularly if they are ill. Calling a doctor should be simple; doing so should not feel like you are being reprimanded in front of the school principal.

I don't know how this person is even allowed to keep their job given the amount of negative reviews confirming she's always condescending and unhelpful. Shows up 10 minutes late to the appointment and then refused care to a COVID patient because 'if it were really that bad, you wouldn't be vaping' Luckily the company they work for issued us an immediate refund and new doctor who helped us. If you are lucky enough to read this before your appointment, reschedule with someone else.

I had a televisit via PlushCare with Dr. Lovell regarding depression medication. She was extremely RUDE and basically accused me of lying about the age of my children. Horrible experience!

I had a telehealth visit with the Dr. Lovell for depression and I found her to be cold, aloof, impersonable. I will not be seeing her again.

I had to call the head of Eisenhower to complain about this doctor. Rude, inappropriate, and after asking me about how much I paid for medical insurance, ordered as many test that she could that insurance would cover. Then after one test showed radically low gut healthy gut bacteria, she did nothing. A year later, I was finally correctly diagnosed with a parasitic infection, bacterial overgrowth and yeast over growth. I have suffered for over a year because of her mis diagnosis. On top of that, she yelled at me for asking a question and said " you 15 minutes is up" . Never before have I experienced such a poor medical professional. She has a terrible personality and is a really really poor doctor. She never apologized to me either for her gross negligence and behaviour.

I have a Dr. but they can't see me for over a week, and I have a sinus infection. So, I'm trying to find one to go to just for this issue. Most Dr.'s can tell you how much a first time appt. is; these won't even give a ballpark, saying the Dr's enter the charges at the time of the visit. They wouldn't even round off to the nearest hundred.
