Waited several months to see the dr. and when I finally got in, the P.A. did the exam, which was supposed to be a full body exam. She didn’t even look at my back or legs, said she was finished in less than 10 minutes! That is unprofessional and irresponsible. And I was billed for a full exam. No way I’d ever go back!

I originally sought treatment for one thing. After three visits and almost $400 in copays, soap and makeup that didn't work, two surgical procedures that I didn't ask for but had to pay $200 for, I still haven't been sufficiently treated for the original problem. I won't be going back.

Billing system is in error and the accountant won't/cant fix it I will find another dermatology provider. Spoke with Heidy, Charlene , and Mike, all of whom were rude and unhelpful. I have a BOA cleared check to them from my account that they refuse to acknowledge.

4-5 visits, maybe 20 minutes each visit, credibility ruined because she is unwilling to actually listen to patients. If you like medication and all of its side effects then she is the right MD for you

I will not go back. She was both condescending and patronizing, and she got my diagnosis wrong.
