I had a very disturbing experience today. NSAIDS and ASA are on my allergy list, yet I got a voicemail today from Angie explaining the Dr recommended I take a NAID for my gout. I called her back but she was out to lunch, pun intended. So another staff took a message in which I relayed that I can't take NSAIDS, and Angie called me back apparently to verbally intimidate me into taking a NSAID. I don't intimidate easily and I have no intention of taking any medication on my allergy list.

The front office staff makes you feel welcome and at home. Always pleasant and smiling even tho they have a sometimes difficult job! My nurse always has a smile on her face and I love her! Dr. Medlin listens to what you have to say and allows and encourages my input.

An error on my part does not make it an emergency on your part. I was in need of seeing my doctor for a surgical clearance needing a very quick turn around. I blew my appointment time by over sleeping due to alarm malfunction. Dr. Medlin went WAY out her way to meet with me later that same day. Mind you she is not even my primary care physician (yet). She ordered my blood work and get the results the late the next day, Thursday. That same day she read and analyzed the results and had them to my surgeon in time for my surgery to be cleared the following Tuesday. You do not seem that kind of effort often. Thank-you once again.

Concerned after loosing the family doctor since 1981, Dr. Medlin was an excellent replacement. She made me feel comfortable from day one.

I called that morning, they got me in at 3:00 ---- It was a little delay before she came into the room, and she immediately apologized for making me wait, WOW. I felt that Dr Medlin was very caring and that she listened to what I had to say.
