Had a painful tooth. Dr. O'Brien gave me quick relief without more pain.

I got Invisalign and Dr. O'Brien has be great to work with. I bit off the buttons on 3 different occasions and each time Dr. O'Brien was there to set me straight again. I especially like that she checks the progress to make sure they are working properly and that is included in the total pricing. The extra care that she has provided for this service is 2nd to none! I crack up with the do-it-yourself Invisalign commercials where it looks so easy - good luck! Thanks Dr. O'Brien - You're the best!

Office was so freezing as to be entirely uncomfortable. Dr. was short with me, condescending and was very much a "my way or the highway" person. Recommended incredibly large treatment plan full of unnecessary work - glad I got a second opinion elsewhere.

We were quoted by her office for work that needed to be done. We agreed and paid our portion of the payment and then we were sent to collections. Our insurance was in network and her office agreed to the pricing. The balance /difference in payment EOB was to be discarded. Allison's office sent the balance to collections trying to get the additional funds that she agreed to waive being in network provider. Also, I was quoted for one filling and was charged double because she shave/touched a second tooth to adjust the bite! Never before have I been charged to correct a bite after a filling. Nickel and Dimed on top of trying to collect on the back end... She is no longer a member of that insurance provider, Hmmm! Beware!!!
