Dr. Allison Clark, DMD

Dr. Allison Clark (Alli) grew up in Marietta, Ohio where she enjoyed hiking and competing on the rowing team.  She studied Chemistry as an undergraduate in Oregon and then moved to Philadelphia to attend The University of Pennsylvania’s School of Dental Medicine.  As a determined lady, she adapted quickly to the big city and the Ivy League environment.  She took advantage of as many opportunities as she could to treat and work with a variety of people.  She volunteered as an organizer of Philadelphia’s first Oral Cancer Awareness Walk and headed many dental students’ volunteering teams. After four years Philadelphia, Alli missed the friendly people and green spaces of Ohio.  She moved back and completed a General Practice Residency at The Ohio State University (OSU). During her residency, she worked at the dental clinics in Nationwide Children’s Hospital, two Veterans Hospital. For the next  several years, Alli worked as a dental associate in Beavercreek, Middletown, New Carlisle, and …Dayton. After working in multiple practices, Dr. Clark was ready to establish a practice with her individual approach to patient care. She founded Clark Family Dental in New Lebanon, Ohio in 2017.  She provides a friendly, low-stress environment for her patients. This approach has made her a favorite in the community. She understands the emotional trauma that results from poor dental health and care, and she has been on a journey to remove the anxiety of people with dental issues so they can feel comfortable visiting her office. As a way of giving back to the community, Alli supports local sports associations and donates to local school groups. Clark Family Dental hosted her first annual Give Kids a Smile event in February 2018. She plans to continue this event yearly to provide free dental care for children in need. Alli and her staff volunteer independently and together at the House of Bread and local dental charity events. Dr. Clark is thrilled to build her dental practice in New Lebanon and is happy the community has welcomed her warmly.
