She is always amazing, very attentive, calm, such a great listener, speaks to my child with respect and understanding and goes above and beyond to answer any questions that may arise during the appointment. She offered referrals and alternatives when she saw fit, and didn't try to persuade us into anything that we weren't on board for.

Dr. Rund was very friendly and I really appreciated how much care and concern she took for my child. I was very pleased with her taking time to call me personally and ask about how my daughter was doing even after we returned home.

Dr. Rund was extremely thorough as she asked questions. My son tends to answer with one or two word responses, but she kept prompting him until she learned what she wanted to know. She did so in a kind, caring way. I really liked her and my son did, too!
