Dr. Allyn Michael Norman, DO

Dr. Norman is a wonderful family doctor. I have been under his care for over 30 years. Unfortunately, one of his office staff can be rude and abrasive. If I didn't appreciate Dr. Norman as much as I do, I would switch.

I have been with Dr. Norman for over 30 years. He's is not only great at helping me with ordinary issues but he's also good at coordinating care with specialists. I've never had to wait too long to see him although I have to admit I have trusted his assistants with every day issues. He's straightforward and he's been on the mark with every issue I have had.

My elderly mother in law only got to see NP, Jennifer. Has never seen the Dr. Terrible (no) follow up. you have to keep calling office staff to find out anything and then they get snotty about it. NP told her when well enough to come in alone.. "i see no one came with you, you're a big girl now."

Very rude and very unprofessional practice...all of them. Mishandled appointments and even lab requests. Dirty office. Flagged from our pharmacy a persrciption this doctor ordered which was very scarey to us. Spent more time looking at side of doctors head while he looked at computer instead of a face to face interaction. Felt answes were of a snarky nature at times. No thank you...happy to take family out and learn from the mistake of not doing my homework.

I love going to Dr. Allyn's office. They have always been so nice and helpful and squeeze me in when I need to.

I had DVT (blood clots) in 1988. Because of his actions, he probably made a big difference. He provided great care and very courteous.

I've has this Doctor for 7 years and never had anything but compliments about this office. In fact, I've never felt so well treated at any other family pratctitioner.

I just want you to know that I believe you have been doing a great job taking care of my wife and myself.

Unbelievable. Someone called me from that office to set me up for a new patient appt. I told them that I had already been in, but that my wife would like to come in if they would take her. They said no problem, took all her information and set up an appt for her two days later. When my wife showed up for the appt (after taking an unpaid day off of work) they claimed they had no record of her appt. I tired to plead with them to explain that they called me to set this appt up, but the office staff was rude, snippy and refused to see her, regardless of the fact that she had taken an unpaid day off. I will never use this doctor again and have pulled my entire family out of their office. If they cant keep track of something that simple and are that rude and inconcsiderate then I certainley will not trust them with my healthcare.
