I have to really agree with a previous person who said this provider made them feel very uncomfortable with the way she talks to patients. I felt very not heard and talked over. Made the appointment to talk about having painful periods and just felt brushed off. The way she asks questions, it’s like you must defend yourself and she is trying to show you what she knows but sounds she is repeating her textbook but not really getting to a point or knowing the answer. Most visit was her talking. Very bad manner and didn’t seem to know what’s going on, not sure if it’s because of the school she went to, to be honest never heard of her medical school. With my other doctors, I feel always heard by them and their staff are kind to patients. But this provider is very unhappy, and the medical assistant didn’t seem to want to be there. After the visit I was just left in room. Please do not go to this doctor.

I felt like she kept pushing me off. I told her I was experiencing a sharp pain on one side of my ovaries. A pain that was so bad that I’ve never felt before, she said just take pain medicine. I don’t want to cover up the issue, I want to resolve it and see if it’s preventing me from pregnancy. I reached out a couple other times with questions and asking for an appointment. She always had her assistants respond to me and pushed me off instead of getting something scheduled.

I had a video appointment with this doctor, and I was really uncomfortable with her attitude. The way she ask questions and talk was very rude. When I was talking, she gave me such an uncomfortable look with sighing. Also when I was struggling to find the right word to explain my symptom, she kind of laughed and sighed a lot and said, "uh...if you can't explain the clear symptom, it's hard to tell what's going on." Yes, English is not my first language so my explanation might've been not clear, but the way she listens to a patient is very rude and not helpful at all. I will never pick this doctor again.
