Dr. Allyson Agathis, MD

Dr. Agathis has been treating my twins, (now 16) since they were 2. The service is beyond compare. She is an excellent physician. She is not covered by our insurance, so we pay out of pocket because she is worth it. In the long run our kids are healthier and get the best care possible.

Rude arrogant dismissive

Dr. Agathis is a caring doctor and very thorough with great bedside manner. I was previously going to a large pediatric group where waiting 45 min. to 1 hour for your appt. was typical. I needed a pediatrian with more than average knowledge on Lymes disease (not all doctors do) She spends time with her patients. She calls back promptly and many times she'll just pick up the phone when you call with a question. I imagine this is how many doctors were 60 years ago before health care ran amuk.

I sought out Dr. Agathis for a second opinion when my pediatrician was unable to accurately diagnose my son's illness. Dr. Agathis performed a thorough exam of my son and quickly determined that he was a pretty sick little boy. When he landed in the hospital, she was ever present and an incredible advocate. My son adores her, and I believe that her speedy intervention and skill are the reason my son has recovered. I can't rate her highly enough.
