Dr. Allyson June Bryant, MD

Dr. Bryant treated me in a very professional and friendly matter. She explained what she was going to do, how she would do it and the results. She answered all my questions. I would highly recommend her.

My visit to the new Novant Spine Clinic in Advance NC Dr. Bryant was a nightmare. I have degenerative Disc Disease and I stay in severe pain. My first visit was scheduled for the first appt on a Tuesday morning and I was advised by the receptionist that they opened at 9am when I arrived at 845am the receptionist told me that my appt was at 8am and when I advised her that I was told 9am she basically called my a lie. I than showed her a print out of my appt time and she said O I' am sorry I will get you rescheduled but I will have to check with Dr. Bryant 1st because you were late and I don't know if she will still keep you with her practice. Well they decided to rescheduled my appt as it was not my mistake it was their mistake. So than they had me scheduled for a spinal injection and I just so happened to call them to confirm my appt for the next day I was told my procedure was changed from a spinal injection to a nerve block and I was never advised of a procedure change and I pay… out of pocket. The office staff was very rude especially Dr. Bryant assistant who told me well if you still want the spinal injection that probably wont help you we can do that. She than said that's up to you Dr. Bryant thinks you need a nerve block procedure, now do want to speak to the office manager and I replied no thanks please take me off your patient list and she hung up the phone. This is a classic example of employee's in the medical field just working for a paycheck and not really caring about their patients. This situation must have really touched my heart because I normally would not take the time out of my day to write a post about anyone or anything. But this left me no choice. Thumbs down

I felt that Dr. Bryant was hateful and intolerant. After being treated very disrespectfully. I looked her up online and found that many others feel the same way.. I only found one decent review. I've even read that she has messed them up worse than they already were.. I can't take this chance.. And I don't deserve to be treated this way.. I do want to say everyone else in the office was wonderful and kind. My only fear is letting Dr Bryant put a needle in my spine. I need to find another Dr. That is kind, gentle, or caring. I should have researched her before throwing away our time and money..

I suffer from spinal sciatica lower back. After multiple treatments for 2 years with very little relief I was treated by Dr Bryant. She discovered the issue, treated me, and has changed my life for the best. I have a quality of life leading me to exercise and weight loss and happiness. Her speciality dealing with people pain must be so difficult as age , weight, and arthritic issues are constant problems leading to spinal problems difficult to resolve even with surgery. As for me she is the very best. I am blessed to have her in my life.

I have been a patient for several years and she has been great. Great listener and takes time with each patient. Willing to listen and improve your pain and quality of life.

I would Not take my dog there

I saw her becayse of a pain problem. She did a block for me that releaved my oain for the first time in six years. We are greatful to this wonderful doctor

Beware! Do not waste your time or money going to Allyson Bryant. She didn't manage my pain and in fact made it worse! Her recommendations have been costly, ineffective, and irrelevant! Not to mention she is far from personable, nor compassionate! Go elsewhere!

No compassion at all. Gave up on helping me without once touching me. Suggested I go to coping class and take anti depressants.
