This was a follow-up with Dr. Ray. I had to verbally remind her about why I was there, my symptoms, my past efforts to remedy, and what I hoped from her treatment. I have come to expect having to offer a thorough recap with any practitioner. She pulled up my CAT scan results and walked me through her observations. I explained in detail how difficult it had been to schedule and receive the CAT Scan. She was sympathetic. She answered my questions about two paths forward. She supported my choice. I appreciate that she did not rush me.
