Dr. Alma Elizabeth Patterson

A few years back I worked in an office with a wall separating my office from one of this doctors offices. On several occasions I could hear the cries of children as well as the doctors while I couldn't hear what was being said I could detect the angry yelling. I would give this dentist a o but that isn't an option.

At the appointment that was supposed to be a consultation to prescribe my fearful 9 year old a sedative to have a tooth extracted, the dentist went ahead and tried to pull it. When my daughter became panicked and combative, the dentist SAT on her torso, ignored her when she said she was in pain and couldn't breath, denied her requests to see me, and allowed her to scream uncontrollably, which I could hear from the waiting area, which is separated by a LOCKED door. She pried my daughter's mouth open mechanically, leaving bruises and cuts in her mouth and lips, and then proceeded to extract not one but TWO teeth. She made hateful, unprofessional comments to my daughter, then lied and denied her behavior when confronted. A formal complaint and police report are being filed.
