Dr. Alnoor Abdul Malick, MD

I've been going to The Allergy Clinic on Fairmont Pkwy. in Pasadena for several years now. When I first began going there the staff & shot nurses were so nice. Now they are just incredibly RUDE!!! The front desk staff are extremely unfriendly & very condescending. Lori is the rudest of them all. She makes me very uncomfortable with the way she speaks to me. I've listened to her, as I sat in the office waiting to get my shots, & I've overheard how she speaks to others on the telephone. She is just as rude on the phone as she is in person. The shot room nurses are nasty too. They keep terrible records & can't seem to figure out from week to week the routine of my shots. They're constantly questioning what the nurse did the week before. Why don't they keep record of things on the computer so that they aren't so confused each week? It's quite ridiculous! I've even had one of the male nurses chew me out for not coming back to get my shots within the required time span. They… don't take into consideration that people get sick or are out of town & sometimes simply cannot make it into the office in time. I could go on with how upset I am with The Allergy Clinic but I think I've said enough. I hope that someone above the staff sees my review & brings it to their attention. Another family member of mine used to go there & has recently switched allergy clinics for the same reason that I am doing so as well. I plan on making an appointment with a new, highly recommended allergist tomorrow & having all of my records transferred. I've had enough of the incredibly RUDE behavior at The Allergy Clinic. I would not suggest this allergists office to anyone!

Dr. Malick has been my 16 year old daughters physician for most of her life. She has been sick from 11 days old with what no doctor could ever diagnose. When other physicians exhausted all efforts and essentially quit trying, Dr. Malick never gave up in his efforts to find answers as to what was causing her to constantly become severely ill. He is more than a physician to us, he's is a friend, a confidant, an amazing support system to both my daughter and I, and more importantly he is a wonderful man. Because of his never ending determination my child is now able to live the life that most take for granted and for that, I am eternally grateful. Thank You Dr. Malick, from the bottom of my heart, for never giving up.

The staff at Pasadena was well informed and they helped with my insurance questions, very nice and outgoing staffAll nurses and the ladies in the "shot room", very professional and knowledgeable
