This MD falsified results for a fake EMG and EEG. These tests can't be done in 10 minutes time, clearly medical billing fraud that is widely practiced. Then he sends you off on your way and told nothing is wrong because you're an inconvenience to him if something is wrong. Get 2nd or 3rd opinions if you are unfortunate to have been assigned to this "Dr." Our real EMG/NCS results showed extensive nerve damages. Be careful.

Was referred by my Primary Dr. And request for CT and MRI which he refused to do. He did a couple of in office tests, which by the way were useless and too cheap to change the tape for nerve test, it was pre used. (Yuck) he said I had Slight Carpel tunnel and sent me on my way. Got second opinion, which saved my life. Turns out I had a tumor where the spinal cord connects to brain stem. My new Dr. said if I had fallen (again) or turned my head wrong I could have been paralyzed or dead. Dr. Bhatt should be charged with malpractice in my opinion.

My migraines were a figment of my imagination he claimed. Im not even a doctor and I know you cannot see migraines on MRI. At least my past neurologists told me it may be stress or the foods I was eating.. He was uncaring, and short with me.

The staff is very irresponsible and unorganized. The doctor I would rate is average but lower rating is due to unprofessional staff: (1) She completely forgot that she was supposed to make a copy of imaging prescription, get the insurance approval and send it to imaging service. (2) So I went back, requested to get the approval and fax it to imaging service. Again she ignored inspite of the fact that she was aware that they only work on Mon, Wed and Fri . Which mean I had to wait for her to return on Wednesday and remind her again.

My wife has been suffering from severe headaches for the past 3 months, along with slight numbness in her legs. Our general practitioner referred her to this neurologist to have an MRI done because he was the only one that would take our insurance with a quick turnaround for appointments. However on her first visit. He brushed her symptoms off as merely stress headaches and sent her off without even offering the option of MRI, which she was sent there for in the first place.Thankfully our general practitioner pushed once again for the MRI so on her second visit Bhattacharya finally obliged.After two very impersonal visits, meaning, he showed no concern to make sure he'd covered all angles, nor was he senstive to the matter - After the MRI results arrived showing significant amounts of white matter Bhattacharya and his assistant changed their script and seemed much more customer service oriented. However still the impersonal Bhattacharya refused to discuss the matter with my wife,… pretty much said "hey you got white matter, sorry we're gonna sand you to UCSF , they should help you, thanks bye" I may have added more character to that quote. I am very disappointed and very angry with this guy and his practice. No I do not recommend him. Hopefully this review sparks up a change in the way he treats patients. We're talking about a person's life here, I expect better service than that of fast food drive-thru.
